Contractor Sales Specialist (Riyadh - KSA)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sales Contractor to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our digital marketing and technology services, and closing new deals. You’ll work independently, managing your own pipeline and following up with leads provided by our team, as well as building your own network within your city.
Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify leads provided by the company.
Present and promote MASSYVE’s services (digital marketing, website/app development, branding, etc.).
Send proposals, follow up regularly, and schedule meetings with clients (in person or online).
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closed deals in our CRM system.
Represent MASSYVE professionally in meetings, events, and presentations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in marketing, tech, or creative industries).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills for client meetings.
Access to a computer, phone, and internet connection.
Compensation:
Commission-based only. You earn a high percentage on every deal you close.
Unlimited earning potential, the more you close, the more you earn.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
